The view from the balcony is AWESOME! This hotel is a GREAT value and I would definitely stay there again. The location was very easy to get a taxi (even at 4am), and although it's not in the main sections of downtown, there were enough local eateries, fruit stands, and ATM nearby so it was never a problem. The hotel had a great breakfast buffet (didn't care for the coffee) but that was ok, because there is a delish coffee shop on level 1, and a Starbucks about 5 min walk away.
